Turbo the pirate was introduced during the Billy Bowlegs Parade.

Tom Thumb participated in the Billy Bowlegs Parade in Ft Walton Beach on June 9, 2008. The parade is to help take the city back from the pirates that landed for the Billy Bowlegs Festival June 5th. Tom Thumb was led by our very own Turbo Tom in giving treasurers to many frantic city folk to help ease the fright. We took first place with our float and decorations and all 20 employees who participated in the parade had fun.
